[DCV] ** SATURDAY 7th (TODAY) HOOKE - TASK CANCELLED **

The River Hooke is in flood, the roads to Pound Cottage are literally rivers
and barely passable.

To attempt to pull Himalayan Balsam near/along the banks of a river in flood
and still rising would be little short of insanity. We have therefore
cancelled today's task at Hooke.

We are hoping to run the task tomorrow (Sunday 8th) but this will depend on
the rain stopping today and also how much run-off continues to flow off the
saturated fields. As decision will be made first thing tomorrow morning.
